Dr Chris is a friendly, approachable dentist who wants every patient to understand their options and feel comfortable along the way. After graduating from the University of Manchester in 2011, Dr Chris completed two postgraduate qualifications with the Royal College of Surgeons of England: Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties and a three-year Diploma in Restorative Dentistry. He has also completed the University of Melbourne's Master Class in Principles of Surgical and Restorative Implant Dentistry, a continuing professional development program.
He has a particular interest in root canal treatment, crowns, dental implants (including bone grafting where needed) and planning more involved restorative care. Within the practice, he takes on the more complex root canal treatment and places the practice's dental implants. Dr Chris practises as a general dentist and is not a registered specialist. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association, the Australasian Osseointegration Society, the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the International Team for Implantology, and works with local specialists, referring patients to them where that is appropriate. Away from the practice, he's usually on a beach or a walking trail with his young family.
